High Altitude Balloon

In September 2022, Montenegro Space Research launched the pilot project for the satellite “Luča”. The project consisted of launching the meteorological balloon equipped with payload (sensors and cameras). The balloon reached the elevation of 40.000 meters (stratosphere). The launch happened in Viš, municipality of Danilovgrad. The balloon stayed in the air for five hours, after it came back to the ground.
